To book your villa or apartment with rentcyprusvillas.net simply follow the easy steps below: Once you have found your ideal holiday home just select the Book Online Now option at the bottom of the page. Complete the booking request information in full. Read the Terms & Conditions carefully and confirm your acceptance by selecting the Accept Terms & Conditions – Agree box. You will then receive an e mail acknowledgement of your request. One of our advisors will then review your booking requirements and will contact you to confirm your reservation. Please note that your booking is not a definite & confirmed booking until we have supplied a written confirmation and have also received your payment.
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 10 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by Visa/MasterCard or Debit Card via the PayPal System
- Any balance of payment is due not less than 10 weeks prior to arrival at your holiday property.
- Once we have received your full payment, we will send you, by email, our final Booking Confirmation together with Driving Directions for the property and a comprehensive Accommodation Guide.
