In order to try to assist our new owners through the expensive initial stages of holiday home ownership, we have devised a simple package that can be tailored to your individual property.

Until such time a to when the bookings start rolling in on your investment CPMC Property Management Cyprus Ltd are pleased to offer our new "pay as you go" option that helps with cash flow .

For apartment owners, this means that the key holding, security and management fee is payable monthly and that you can choose as and when the apartment is cleaned. Unlike other companies, we do not insist on weekly cleaning. For this fee we will visit your unattended property at least twice a week, collect and forward any post, monitor water and electricity meters on a regular basis, just in case of any leaks or unauthorised usage. And more importantly, liase with your developer for any snagging or issues in your abscence.  We do not make any further call out charges.

We will advertise your property on our websites http://www.rentcyprusvillas.net and http://www.property-management-cyprus.com for holiday lettings and long term rentals is required. We will also list your property on a minimum of 20 other affiliated rental websites. All of the websites are highly optimized and achieve excellent search engine rankings.
