This avoids you having to deal with any of these time wasting issues during the rental period, or vacant period, of your property. BANKING/INSURANCE

At CPMC we have our own UK qualified financial advisor, Mr. Ken Lily, who can help you with all aspects of household insurance, banking,mortgages

FURNISHINGS/CURTAINS

At CPMC Property Management Cyprus we have put together 4 different packages to furnish your property from start to finish.
We offer Bronze, Sliver, Gold or Platinum furniture packages depending on your budget and size of your property. A member of our staff will help you to decide which package best suits you. Curtains /Blinds made to measure or ready made,you can choose in the comfort of your own home of come to our shop where we have many patterns and fabrics to choose from. Curtains /blinds are fitted by our own staff.

KEY HOLDING/PROPERTY SECURITY

CPMC will hold a set of keys to your property and, upon your request, make them available to persons authorised by yourselves.
For Property security, a member of our staff makes regular visits to your property and sends you a monthly report on request. At CPMC we have our own team of qualified tradesmen on call 24hrs.

WELCOME PACKS

At CPMC we offer Welcome Packs ranging from the basic tea, coffee, sugar, etc. to a special pack of your choice, maybe for that special occasion.
Prices start from just €26.00 for 4 people - quotes are available on request. We also include a local map of the area.

CHANGE OVER /CLEANING

(from €26.00)

At CPMC we offer a full cleaning package that consists of a full inventory check when the property is vacated. Any damage within the property will be reported to the owners.

At CPMC we have a schedule of works for each property which is tailor-made and available on request.If you have any special requests (e.g. cleaning of granite worktops or marble) then please contact one of our staff for a quote.All linen, including towels and tea towels, can be laundered as often as required.

POOL MAINTENENCE

At CPMC we offer a very competitive price for pool cleaning & maintenance of pools.

• Testing the Chlorine levels and pH water quality of the swimming pool at least twice a week.
• Cleaning of the swimming pool twice a week during summer & once a week in winter.
• Brushing of the walls and vacuuming at least once a week.
• Cleaning of the skimmer baskets once a week.
• Cleaning of the filter once a week.
• Inspection of the electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• Complete inspection of all operation of all equipment.

GARDEN/PATIO

Our experienced staff make sure that your gardens are kept tidy all year round.

• Weeding, watering, pruning and cutting of any trees that appear to be overgrown.
• Planting if required.
• Cleaning of patio and driveways (we use a high powered jet wash system with non-toxic chemicals).

MEET AND GREET AT AIRPORT

A member of CPMC staff will meet the guests at the airport and take them to the property.This service is available at both Pafos and Larnaka Airports please contact for more information

MEET AND GREET AT PROPERTY

A member of CPMC staff will meet the guests at the property, show them around explaining where all necessary appliances are, tell then about the area and leave a contact number in case of any emergency.
